I think my favorite thing about this picture is the greenish yellow light that is coming off the firefly. It creates a mysterious/enchanting feel.

I like the hair, but I think you need to put a little lighting on the hair that is closest to her face. It looks weird that her face is lit up and her hair is pitch black.

Another thing I notice is the skin. The lighting is good, nothing wrong that I can see, but the shading on her left side where to hair is somewhat in her face. There's a big dark splotch and then a slightly shaded area. I think that part needs to be shaded darker or you need to tone down the dark splotch.

Background is great, simple so it's not distracting from the focus.
