Description

... and as his eyes searched the forest more closely, he realized the graceful figure he was seeing was not a unicorn or any other beast of magic, but rather a girl... though this girl seemed to be more than she appeared, with supernatural grace, she seemed to glide through the bramble. The wind was a gentle breeze now, and it carefully lifted her silvery hair and it danced in a shimmering swirl of light and shadow. Her dress was a deep, almost glowing blue, and her face, in it's meditative state, seemed to be flawless, from her perfectly chissled cheekbones to her sweet lips, but nothing was more enchanting than her eyes. They appeared to be bottomless pools of thought, and while they saw straight ahead, they almost seemed to be looking into another world entirely. He ducked his head, hoping not to be seen, for fear of breaking the spell; for fear that, like a unicorn, had her eyes met his, she would turn and run away, no doubt with a grace that would even shame the beast he was comparing her to. He was so transfixed by her beauty he didn't even notice the creature at her side, treading on silent paws, untill it's golden firey eyes fell on him. He froze. To this day, he is not sure whether the wolf had cast a spell on him or if he was just stunned into stillness. This creature was as lovely as its companion, a great white wolf that seemed to glow, and so out of place in the autumn thicket that it seemed as if it were an aperition which would simply vanish if he dared blink...

Ahem. Beautiful artwork. Looks like it was done on canvas? I love how you brought out the glow of the trees and the mist. The entire scene looks ethereal but the girl stands out so much against the glow of the trees and mist. Great job!
